Services Kapitales charges its clients subscription fees for the reports it provides listed on the Subscribe section of its website https://www.kapitales.co.nz/subscribe Subscription fees are due in advance and unless otherwise specified in the product’s terms of service, are non-refundable. Fees and charges will be fully disclosed to you for your approval prior to Kapitales providing any service to you.
On-line publications publications Our free articles and videos are available free of charge on our website. They may also be available on the websites of third parties that have licensed our content.
Special Free Reports On occasion, we may offer special free reports to individuals who click on one of our adverts and provide us with a valid email address.
Employee Remuneration
Kapitales does not receive any other fees, commissions or benefits for the services it provides.
Employees of Kapitales who prepare research and provide general advice are remunerated by salary.
They may also be entitled to a bonus based on the financial performance of Kapitales. Kapitales accepts
submissions from freelance contributors who are paid a flat fee per article.
Kapitales Research and its associated entities, and their respective directors, associates, connected parties and/or employees may from time to time deal in or otherwise have a financial interest in equities and other financial products referred to in its publications or other general financial advice it provides. Any individual who provides advice on behalf of Kapitales or contributes articles to our website must disclose if they have a financial interest or position in any share mentioned or discussed. Similarly, it will be disclosed to you if Kapitales has a beneficial interest or position in any share mentioned or discussed. You should review any disclosures made in particular publications as to interests Kapitales and its representatives may have in the financial products referred to in the publication.
All employees of Kapitales including those who prepare research and other advice are subject to a code of conduct and rules for their personal trading activities. Our major trading rules are:

Employees must first pre clear their trades and then report their transactions to our compliance department within 24 hours of executing a transaction.

Your complaint may be submitted by letter, telephone, email, or in person to a member of staff. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 24 hours (one business day) or as soon as practicable. At this time we will try to give you an indication of the expected time frame to resolve the complaint.
You have a right to seek resolution through the external dispute scheme if the complaint cannot be resolved within 30 days. The external dispute scheme is conducted by the New Zealandn Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), of which Enva New Zealand is a member. Kapitales confirms that arrangements are in place both through Kapitales Research and Enva New Zealand to ensure that it continues to maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with Section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001, (as amended). In particular the Professional Indemnity Insurance, subject to its terms and conditions, provides indemnity up to the sum insured for the license and its authorised representatives in respect of our authorisations and obligations under the New Zealandn Financial Services License (418504). The insurance will continue to provide such coverage for any Authorised Representatives – Responsible Managers – Directors – Employees who have ceased for work done whilst engaged with Enva New Zealand.
