Smith, formerly the CEO of Icebreaker and an executive at Michael Hill Jeweller, led Bremworth through a strategic shift toward wool-only products. His exit signals ongoing transformation at the company, which has focused on sustainable and natural flooring solutions. The board expressed appreciation for Smith’s contributions during a critical phase of the company’s evolution and stated that a search for a permanent CEO is now underway.
